Hi, I’m Silvana.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting and activating people on their healing journeys—helping them reconnect with vibrant health and step into their highest potential. I feel genuinely called to bring back the joy, magic, and fun of life for others. Through the powerful modality of kinesiology, we’re able to access and release subconscious blocks that can limit our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

My journey into this work has been both personal and transformative. After completing a 4-year psychology degree, I spent 14 years working in child protection for the Government. Eventually, I reached burnout and made the decision to leave. It was during my own healing process that I discovered kinesiology—and it changed everything. What started as a tool for my own recovery evolved into a calling. For the past three years I've been studying and practicing kinesiology, and am now an advanced, trauma-informed kinesiologist with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating complex trauma.

 

I have a deep understanding of intergenerational trauma and how it can hold people back from achieving their goals and dreams. My work integrates this awareness with kinesiology’s unique approach—using muscle biofeedback to identify and treat the underlying emotional and mental stress behind physical symptoms..

 

I consider it an honour to hold space for my clients and walk beside them as they uncover their full potential—mentally, emotionally, and physically. As a heart-based practitioner, I work from a grounded, compassionate place. The heart emits a powerful electromagnetic field—stronger than that of the brain—and I believe that heart-centered healing is a powerful antidote in today’s mind-driven world.
